I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "Overall, it was an okay stay. Everything felt pretty average for an onsen hotel... not bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. The room was decent, service was fine, and the location was convenient. The onsen itself worked well.. but that's all it's matter.. the natural hot spring.. "
