I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "Lovely stay and super attentive staff. My bed was a bit soft. The free onsen usage on site was great. The resturant appeared to have a bigger menu than the limited Shabu Shabu that was shown in English, I wish we had known about that as the other patrons food looked amazing. Lots to do in walking distance from the hotel and free parking on site. "

"It was a wonderful stay. The outdoor bath was amazing and not too too hot so you could enjoy it and relax. The staff were helpful and the rooms made up every day. It is easily accessible from the highway Amand is very well situated close to the mountain road leading to the amusement park, the safari and Yufuin. "
