Lovely 2nd floor room overlooking the beach activities and musical items from adjacent restaurant (enjoyed, and it wasn't ever a nuisance). Staff were very helpful...ordering/flagging down a taxi on our behalf.

The location is fantastic next to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants, the staff are super friendly, the apartment is super spacious and it is wonderful having a kitchen and living area space. However, cleaners were supposed to come once every 3 days but came once in the week so I took out my own bins and my towels needed replacing. The shower head was falling off and the AC wouldn’t work. The beds are quite low on the floor.

Lovely accommodation right off the beach. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Communication was great and the driver that was arranged to drop us off back to the airport came much earlier than expected and scheduled-which was great!. The property had lots of different cups(wine glasses, tumblers and mugs) and different pots and pans. The property was also located really close to the Santa Maria strip and was close to different restaurants and supermarkets. They also had a pipe to wash the sand off your feet after coming off the beach into the property-which was great!. Staff cleaned the communal areas of the property regularly, keeping the space nice and clean at all times. The property had a home-like feel and was very cosy. The house keeper always checked in :)

The perfect place to be in Santa Maria, wonderful appartment directly on the beach right next to the pier. Very well equipped, absolutely clean, friendly and helpful staff, we loved it! The only thing we would have changed is the mattresses, they are too soft ;)

Apartment in Santa Maria

Contrary to the information from Hotels.com, there was no daily room cleaning. The apartment was in good condition and is very centrally located. At night there is security watching the building.

You have access to everything you need with a breathtaking beach. Everything you need and more is accessible with a distance walk. In the center of it all. The house is beautiful, clean and worth the stay. They will reach out to accommodate rides if you need it. The manager respond right away. Thank you for making my stay so lovely. I will return back for sure! I stayed there because of my sister and i recommend it.

Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. When we booked the management contacted us to first say hello and to ask if we needed a transfer arranged from the airport to the apartment, that was appreciated. On arrival we met Sara the apartment manager who was so helpful getting us settled in, explaining details about the local area and giving us her contact details for anything else we might think of that we may need support with whilst there. The cleaners came in once during our stay to give the apartment a nice spruce up! The apartment had a lovely balcony that looked out over the town, apartments on the other side had ocean views, next time we will take an apartment on the ocean side! The facilities were spot on, clean and functional bathroom, well stocked kitchenette with pots, plates, oven/hob, fridge etc. Lovely reception room (which we barely used as we were out all the time!). The beds were comfortable and clean and there is nice local artwork throughout the property. The property is very well located as it is approximately 25 minutes from the airport, 1 minute from the beach and the local restaurants, bars and shops are a short stroll away. This is an excellent base for planning whatever you are doing on the island as it is central, easy to find and everything is accessible to you.
This is the beautiful Santa Maria beach which is right next to the apartment.

Tutto perfetto. I gestori sono stati super disponibili e molto gentili. Ottima posizione.
