"We didn’t find it a dream but it wasn’t a nightmare either. The outside grounds, pool and beach area are lovely, water is crystal clear. It was the room that disappointed us. We stayed in a side sea view room, 102 to be precise. The room had such an old smell to it. Stayed for 7 nights and not once was our bed sheets changed, for a 5* hotel this should be a standard procedure after the 3rd night without having to ask. "Overall, we had a nice vacation, but the hotel did not meet our expectations. The biggest disappointment was the food. Most of the meals were average at best and lacked flavor. Even though we had an all-inclusive package with three meals a day, we ended up eating outside the hotel most of the time. "Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food, very fresh, I ate 3 times a day every day due to recuperating from surgery and unable to walk a long way. There is a fair bit of noise at night from outside but not a lot the hotel can do about that. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced when required. Plenty of sunbeds to go round, I never had a problem getting one. Pool is very refreshing but was never crowded."
