Very good location, centre of town as well as restaurants are all in walking distance. Car park in the hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Would recommend.

Work from Salamunca

It’s close to downtown for exploring Salamanca only a short walk. I think this hotel is excellent Wifi and great to work from.

The hotel is spacious and immaculate. The hotel has easy parking and almost all of the staff were helpful and pleasant. Sadly, breakfast was poor. No attention to detail, limited places to sit becuase most tables had been used. I found a spot opposite a used place. Poor selection of hot food and it wasnt being topped up as it was running out.

Two nights stay

The room is large and beautiful, with a large balcony, but there is one drawback: the room is located next to the elevator (soundproofing is good, but you can still hear it). Upon check-in, one towel had an unpleasant smell (we did not contact the staff for a replacement), but all towels was replaced the next morning. Another unpleasant thing is that the entrance in the hotel is closed around 23:00, so if you will return later after a walk in Salamanca possible you should knock in door for opening. In the rest, the hotel is within walking distance of all the city sights, the staff is very friendly and everything looks professional.

Disappointing

The room photos are very misleading. We booked a superior/premium room for which the photos clearly show a balcony, however our room did not have one, which was very disappointing. The hotel also advertises a bar, which while technically accurate is a bit of an overstatement. The "bar" is a very small counter on one corner of the common/lobby area, with most of the space behind the counter occupied by coffee machines. It appeared to serve a limited selection of drinks. It is only open 8 pm to 11 pm. No food and no atmosphere. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean and large, but the shower configuration made it somewhat awkward to use and temperature control was difficult. The location is good - quite central and easy to get to everything. Overall, it was ok, but hard to see how this is a 4 star hotel.

Great location to explore Salamanca on foot from. Convenient secure parking at hotel. Close to the railway line and park and some noise from both at night with the windows open, but nothing that disturbed us.

Nous avions demandé une chambre loin des ascenseurs, on nous a donné une chambre juste à coté. l'ascenseur était très bruyant, en plus d'une très modeste isolation on entendait tout des chambres d'a coté quand elle était occupé. Petit déjeuné bon et suffisant mais très monotone. je dirai un hôtel 3 étoiles au lieu de 4. Beaucoup de choses à revoir.
