"When I ring up about a late check out for Wednesday 5th April at 16:00 for your colleague tells me it's for free of charge, I expect this for my and my other colleague, but when we arrive at the hotel and we get told it's going to cost €80 each this is absolutely un acceptable and the excuse was 'my collogue enquired AFTER your rung'. Absolutely not good at all."

"Quelle belle surprise ce séjour chez Sylvie ! Situé au calme entourée d'un très beau jardin, la chambre où nous étions ressemblait à un petit meublé avec un minimum pour se restaurer.... L'ensemble est spacieux, lumineux, décoré avec goût, absolument charmant.. La literie est très confortable avec lit en 200... Les draps de belle qualité, très propres et sentant bon le frais... Une salle de bain lumineuse, agréable et spacieuse aussi.. .. Nous avons pris un petit déjeuner copieux, délicieux...

Les chambres sont très fonctionnelles, bien aménagées, agréables, la literie est parfaite. Les repas étape sont parfaits et particulièrement pratiques après une journée de boulot ! "The Hotel Les Saules is a wonderful hotel that is a must for that trip away for any reason. The staff are personable and welcoming; very professional. Vonnas is this beautiful little town in France that is a hot bed of culinary excellence and the gem of the hospitality industry. Our room was lovely and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and well thought out. Our room looked out over the square of the town which also served as the parking lot for everything,...

"Nous avons été très bien accueilli et les propriétaires font tout pour que le séjour se passe bien. La chambre est conforme à la description et la salle de bain mieux que sur les photos que j'avais vu. La chambre est propre et le lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est composé de produits fait maison. La pâte à tartiner chocolat noisettes et délicieuse. Il manque peut-être un coup de peinture pour remettre un coup de frais mais sinon rien à redire"
