A small cottage in a very good location, but needs some modernization and updating

The cottage is in an ideal location but is tired and in need of a little love. Whilst the beds were comfy, the bed linen and general furniture felt very worn. We loved the history and position of the cottage and it was great for a 2 night stay with my children. It's important to note that you cannot park near the cottage and have to approach on foot up a very steep alley. Views from the garden were spectacular.
