Arrive on the Woodside Beach car park deck and park in your assigned space. Walk down two set of steps and turn left, continue to walk along a level stone walkway and then turn right down the last long step of steps. Oyster catcher is on your right. The front door is the glass kitchen door with a keybox on the wall.
The private deck is behind you with wide reaching views of the estuary and beaches. An outdoor dining table comfortably seats 6 on soft cushioned chairs. Or maybe you prefer to relax back into the outdoor sofa with views out to Bolt Head.

Stepping into the kitchen you get your first taste of the contemporary space. The kitchen is well equipped and very spacious with numerous storage cupboards and plenty of worktop space. Modern yellow bar stools offer the opportunity to sit and chat whilst cooking, maybe over a complimentary Salcombe Gin!
The fridge and separate freezer are housed underneath the counter. You will find a Nespresso compatible coffee machine, tea, coffee and biscuits.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and plenty of coat hooks.

Into the hallway and you will find the second bathroom with shower and wc.

Entering the living space you will be dazzled by the stylish modern interiors and cool contemporary colour scheme. At one end sits a fabulous wooden dining table with a combination of upholstered chairs and a dining bench, to comfortably seat 6.
The living room has a large elegant sofa and deep cushioned rattan armchairs to relax into and enjoy the view. French doors open on to the private deck from the living room, allowing guests to move easily between this well connected family space.

Upstairs, the spacious king size master bedroom is straight ahead of you with a private ensuite bathroom. Once again this room has been finished to a high standard with smart TV, a bold sea print wallpaper and stylish finishing touches. This bedroom benefits from a large private balcony with outdoor sofa and coffee table. This is a lovely spot to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee whilst watching the sparkling water beneath you.

The second bedroom is another contemporary spacious room with king size bed and smart TV, a cosy little window seat offers a nice spot to take in the view.

The kids bunk bedroom is cosy, fun and stylish with a smart HD TV to keep them entertained.

Oyster Catcher is an elegant yet relaxed apartment which appeals to families, who will enjoy the split level living and the large private deck and the unique feature of access to the private beach.
