"We had a wonderful stay in this stylish, clean, well equipped comfortable home. It had everything we needed. The card and welcome pack were much appreciated and enjoyed; a lovely touch. The house is centrally located and only a few minutes from the town and (fairly steep hills and lots of steps) and beaches. The walk to North sands is lovely, and no need to take the car! Fab food locally, and plenty to do without straying too far. The hosts, Lou and Will were very helpful and responsive - great...

"We enjoyed a lovely stay in the house with family of all ages. Plenty of bedroom/ bathroom space with a good sized garden and great location. The location is stunning, but need to be aware there are 138 steep steps to get to beaches ( which are fabulous ) and boat to Salcombe! Not a problem with the house but the beach cafe is currently closed and for sale… limiting amount of local places to eat on East Portlemouth side of estuary. Ferry is easy to get to Salcombe And water taxis also...

"This property was perfect for 8 people. Plenty of room. Great fire place. Hosts were always on hand snd helpful. Location. In the heart of salcombe but when sitting in the garden it feels very secluded. So best of both worlds. Looking forward to staying again"

"Beautiful place to spend Christmas. Serene, with the waves crashing below. It felt very christmassy especially with the tasteful decorations that had been arranged at the property. It has a very well stocked kitchen, is very comfortable and clean – it’s just the perfect to hang out and cook. Lovely walks close by and a shortish stroll in to Salcombe. I have been here a few times previously and hope to come many times more…"
