"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...

A pochi passi c'è una cantina con ottimi vini (i titolari sono persone veramente cordiali e simpatiche). "This is an apartment without traditional concierge. Once booked, they start to communicate with you till you check in. They gave a pass code to enter main and unit door. Overall is nice on the interior. Exterior/Surrounding are very run down. No shower curtain around the bath tub, so after bath, water all over the place. "
