The iron ruined my p@nts by leaking some kinda blue substance on them. The room windows were filthy, I had to clean the mirror to use it there was an arrest on the tube that needed cleaning and the floor was soiled. Staff did come immediately and cleaned the floor. I did inquire about a discount or coupon for my pants with No resolve! But I am thankful the room was available during my trip to New Hampshire and Massachusetts!

When we pulled up to the hotel there were three police blocking the entrance. We had to drive around to the back to check in. The front desk person was quick with the check in but when we asked about the police he just said “no worries”. As we were going to our room they were entering a room upstairs. The room was old, run down and dirty. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. The room had roaches as one crawled on my husband when we were in bed. The room had a smoke smell to it. We will not stay here again.

Hotel was subpar

Hotel was ok not great. First room, TV did not work. Second room, TV turned on but 90% of the channels were blacked out. No one knew how to fix. Tub was brown. Almost didn’t hear the fire alarm going off on our building. Honestly not worth the money.
