"I stayed the night of May 5th and had stayed at this property several times as I have a student at DSU. This was by far the worst and I am considering cancelling my future reservations. The TV did not work initially (no signal) and the person who came to fix it Tuesday evening around 8 PM spent more time playing video games on his phone in my room than fixing the TV. The carpet had not been vacuumed as there were many items (food particles, gravel, dirt, etc. on the floor. I had to wipe food particles off the desk and dresser. At 7 AM on May 6 I went to the desk to see if they stopped providing shampoo/conditioner/soap in rooms as my room had none. They then provided them to me and said they should have been in the room. Many of the towels in the room were dirty, I brought one to the front desk and showed them how brown and stained they were. The tub took 15 minutes to drain making for a gross shower experience. At checkout I asked for manager contact information so I could review my experience with them. Instead, the front desk worker took my name and phone number, apologized for what she stated was an "unacceptable room" and confirmed with me TWICE the manager would contact me on May 6. She also confirmed I did not yell, swear or behave inappropriately. I shared I would complete a review and contact the BBB if not contacted by the manager on May 6 as she promised. I was not contacted so here we are...."
