"The apartment was very clean and the windows were big enough that it didn’t feel like a basement apartment. It was convenient to downtown Provo and BYU. The stairs down to the apartment were steep but well lit and had a handrail. We would stay here again. "

"I had my first VRBO canceled by the host 48 hours before my 5 day trip to Utah. I was stressed out. This property was available and honestly I am super glad my first choice was canceled. This place is incredible. The location was less than a mile from my daughter’s place who attends UVU Each of us had our own bathroom and the beds were super comfy. "Close to Provo Canyon, Sundance, etc. Clean, great communication, and overall good experience. "

"Open floor plan provided plenty of space to congregate, play games, and eat meals together. Well-stocked kitchen was a blessing. Will plan to stay again next time we are in the area."

"The house was in terrible order including holes in the couch with burn marks, broken refrigerator, broken dryer, huge gaps in the vinyl flooring, hair everywhere including the beds. Dirty oven, and animal hair all over the couch. When contacting the owner they suggested I email pictures but never supplied a proper email address despite my multiple requests. This home is in subpar condition and communication is awful. "

"We’ve stayed here before and it’s a great place in a nice, quiet area. The door code did not work upon arrival, but was resolved after contacting the owner. The home was clean and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. Overall, we would highly recommend."

"We had a daughter's wedding at Hidden Orchards in Santaquin and needed a place for parents, grandpa, and cousins to stay and prepare much of the food. The house is spacious and very well equipped. I did not expect good knives, cutting boards, a citrus juicer, or a clothing steamer, but found all of these and other thoughtful amenities. The efficient air conditioning, separate downstairs bedroom and two additional downstairs sleeping rooms, and spacious garage were extra bonuses in the July heat....

"Upscale economical (is that a thing? Think IKEA.) Clean. Small room but thoughtfully designed, ie the bedside stands are hung on the wall with space below for storage such as a cooler. Window seat where you can sit or place open suitcases, with ac/heat and small chest of drawers beneath. Bed and linens were comfortable. Room supplied with everything we needed. Breakfast was waffles, boiled eggs, donuts, toast, hot and cold cereal, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea. Definitely will stay here again. Easy finding it just off the freeway. Minutes from the wind turbines heading into the mountains towards Price. "
