Stove and microwave took some getting used to, and I didn’t use the oven, but the kitchen was great. It’s a small space, and the loft is open to the living area so it’s best for a couple that goes to bed at the same time or someone traveling solo. Wish they had a fire pit, but the space was great."

"We find that renting a house is more economical and comfortable than staying at hotels, and this property did not disappoint. We can for a college graduation, and were able to have a small gathering of friends and family after the graduation. Plenty of space in the house and out in the spacious yard for people to spread out and socialize. Lovely, quiet, comfortable, close to Boston and Waltham."

"Very cute spot! Lake was beautiful. Close for Ubering to and from Salem which is why we were there. There seemed to be a miscommunication on allowing us to check in early, however, bc when we arrived dirty towels were still in a pile on the bathroom and the bed sheets were used. Not a huge deal, we stripped the bed ourselves and added new sheets and cleaning crew came around 45 minutes before “normal” check in and did the rest. "We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this beautiful home. It is newly renovated, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Theresa has thought of everything a guest would need. For instance, little details include washcloths dedicated for makeup and disposable wipes for the same. She has even labelled the MANY electrical switches, cabinets, and drawers throughout the house, which was very helpful. "We really enjoyed our time on Plum Island. It's a cute little beach community and the cottage is a short walk from the ocean. We played games, did a puzzle, relaxed on the porches at our vacation cottage. We did day trips to Boston, Rhode Island and Portland. Nearby Newburyport was really neat and fun to explore as well.
