The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The one main issue was that the walls to the street were very thin and the noise was loud being right next to the street.

Great small new hotel in Salento

A really nice small and brand new hotel in Salento. Spot clean, full of small details. Their staff was really helpful. Their recommendations for food and activities were appreciated. We even got marshmallows when we sat for a second in their garden by a small gas fire. Visit their little sendero at dusk or night :)

Please fix the bathroom and sink. The tank wasn’t working properly. Mosquitos inside the room. Not enough compartments where to hang / organize / hold your clothes… It’s so annoying when the hotel isn’t well prepare for your arrival. You feel like what’s going on..

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff was hostile and appeared they did not like foreigners. Receptionist was rude and not welcoming. Administrator was conflicting and made me feel uncomfortable in front of my family members. Please beware and I recommend looking into another hotel I was fooled by the nice pictures. The breakfast is not in the hotel! You have to walk a block away.

The cabin was a perfect getaway for my boyfriend and I. Definitely get one of the deluxe cabins. The breakfast was good. Close walk to the main plaza.

Great place, very quiet and calm. The hotel has some “rules” like you cant hang out at someone elses room but like, my friends an I were just wanting to chill after walking all day? The staff wasn’t the friendliest and gave some sass at the begining. The place is wonderful though.

If you do not mind having so many insects around and noise at 4 or 5 am, then this hotel is perfect. The views are amazing but it looks more like a fancy glamping. The only bad thing, was the check in, the most rude and unpleasant receptionist. I can manage sone harmless insects but such an unprofessional person, bo way. That’s not what expect in Colombia

No limpian los baños bien, mucho menos las tinas, tenían pelos de los huéspedes anteriores, no son abiertos a solucionar o comprender problemas con las páginas de reservas como lo es en esta página Expedia. Tiene muy bonitas vistas pero el servicio con los recepcionistas deja mucho que desear, la comida es buena, la señora del comedor en muy amable en sí todo el personal a excepción de los que están en lobby, no empaticos, no resuelven

Hermoso hotel, malísimo desayuno

Nos quedamos en las cabañas premium. La vista es excelente y tienen Jacuzzi. Muy lindas con excelente vista. Lo que es MUY malo es el desayuno. Inclusive la persona q atendía en el desayuno tenía mala actitud. Las opciones de desayuno son muy pocas ( huevos o yogur) y solo 1 café. Terminamos comprando desayunos extras que también son muy malos. Una lástima x q el lugar es precioso pero el desayuno le baja la vara

Es un hotel muy bello, con vistas espectaculares, ya sea que te quedes del lado que ve hacia el pueblo o del que ve hacia las montañas, es muy hermoso, al estar a la entrada del camino de las fincas, es muy fácil moverte hacia ellas, también es fácil llegar a la plaza de Bolívar. El desayuno es muy bueno, son pocas opciones pero más que suficientes para tener un muy buen desayuno, las personas que atienden siempre fueron muy amables en todo momento. El hotel está equipado con todo lo que puedes necesitar para varias noches en Salento.
