Great location
Great location unless you want access to Salerno central which was 2 km away, Great access to the beach and bus route awesome view. Lots of great reasonably priced restaurants and coffee shops close. 2 large grocery stores nearby. A few small things would of made it perfect. Right below the balcony seems to be a hangiut for groups to gather have few drinks and smoke. It can be noisy. Due to a storm our ac was out so had a few hot nights. We had 6 adults and just having the appropriate number of wine glasses would have been nice. All in all it was a nice place to stay.

We had a great time in Italy and Salerno was a great location from which to explore the Amalfi Coast and the ruins of Pompeiii and Parxtum. Our host, Francesco was incredibly helpful to us when my son''s luggage eas lost. He went out of his way to have it delivered to his house when we were out explorong and then deliveted it himself to the condo. The condo itself was clean, well located and well ewuipped.

Salerno visited
The apartment was clean well kept and decorated nicely and the accompaniments was sufficient. The location, though being on the beach had some draw backs as people would gather in the evening until late hours talking and drink which was disturbing. Also the distance into downtown and the ferry piers was a long walk.

Great place to rent
We loved the home, it had everything we needed and it has a great view of the coast. I will say, however, that the area/beach is not clean. There was a great deal of trash on the beach as well as an overflowing trash can below the master bedroom balcony. It is a beautiful rental though and they were very helpful in helping us to get a taxi when it was our time to leave.

The property was very clean and delivered the amazing view it portrays in the pictures.
When we arrived in Salerno, I called the property contact, who set me up with the contact information for the property manager to meet with us and show us the place. Despite the language barrier, the property manager spoke very little English, we were warmly welcomed and explained everything we needed to know for check in. The property manager maintained contact throughout our stay via the Whatsapp application for your smartphone, so she could answer any questions that arose. The rooms in the property were very clean, the linens were well taken care of, the kitchen was exactly what we needed, and the shower was amazing. It was the only shower I have used in Europe that I comfortably fit inside. Parking was very tight, so if you are staying in this property, I would recommend not renting a car and instead using taxis and public transportation. That is a less stressful way to travel in a foreign country anyway. The only reason I gave the property four stars instead of five stars is because of the lack of privacy behind the property, along the beach. Most nights, people gathered outside at the beach, loitered, and had what generally appeared to be a good time, however, these people were there until the sun came up the next morning, making sleeping difficult for the light sleepers in our party. I would recommend just closing up the apartment and turning the air conditioning on to deal with that noise however, as patrolling and policing the beach is just not the responsibility of the property owner. All of the aspects of this property that were within the control of the property owner were fantastic and most definitely met my expectations! Overall we had an amazing holiday in Salerno and our beautiful property was a major part of that!

Freundlicher Empfang, viel Platz, komplette Ausstattung, wenige Schritte zum Strand, großer Supermarkt wenige Minuten entfernt.

Mooi ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht.
Mooi ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht, in de directe omgeving zijn meer dan voldoende winkels en restaurantjes, het oude centrum is een half uurtje lopen. Contact met de verhuurder was prima en gemakkelijk via Whatsapp. Jongeren verzamelen zich vaak bij het complex wat tot geluidsoverlast kan leiden maar daar hebben we weinig last van gehad.Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De Amalfi kust is schitterend.
