"We have stayed before and it was another lovely stay, good food, drink and atmosphere. The staff are all excellent and the breakfast is delicious, the location is great too.
There were just a few small details that could be improved, nothing that impacted the stay but a little attention to detail needed.
Little bits of tidying up, like our tv lead wasn't quite fitted properly with wire hanging down from behind it and we couldn't get all the channels. The very helpful night porter did try but couldn't quite get it to work fully. I had to get on a chair and hook the end of the curtain back up as it had come off.
As I said they were very minor things and we will definitely be back."
