I love the Salida Inn! Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, sheets are soft. My only complaint is the hot tub is very small and wouldn’t get hot (stayed at 94 degrees).

The hotel was perfect for us. It was clean, service was great and there was a decent breakfast served. It was a short drive to the Salida historical area, which had very good restaurants, shops and recreational opportunities.

Staff was nice. Easy check in. Lodge could definitely use some upgrades. Old carpets would be first thing I’d remove. They’re a little smelly and have seen better years. Furniture is beat up. Hot tub is in a weird spot (my opinion) so didn’t take advantage of it. Bed was comfy (firm which is what I like).You can easily drive to Downtown Salida from here so good location. Would recommend if you’re not looking to stay in room much and just need a bed to crash. I’ve stayed in other spots in Salida and to be honest, they are not that much different so you’ll be fine staying here.

Very clean room and easy to make a reservation last minute. Staff kind and friendly and let us know that there was continental breakfast in the morning and that the hot tub was open til 10 PM if we wanted to use it.

Bedding and towels were fresh and clean. It was a very cozy cabin with a good heater and fireplace, warmed up quickly. Great convenient location, private, quiet, and comfortable furniture with TV in the living room. Bed was very comfortable! I would stay there again and would recommend it.

Had a great stay. Our late-night arrival and late checkout were accommodated. The room was clean and cozy, yet spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfy (although my fiancé thought the bed was a little soft for his liking). Great value for the price.
