This farmhouse of approximately 200 m² is composed as follows:
On the ground floor, a living room with TV, sofa and armchairs, a bathroom with shower, single sink and toilet.
On the first floor, a bedroom with a single bed and a double bed (140x190), a desk to work, and Wi-Fi throughout the house via Starlink. Crossing a small reading room, you access the fully equipped kitchen: gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (Senséo and classic filter), kettle, toaster. You will find everything you need to prepare good meals and breakfasts. Then, a second living room with sofas and TV, as well as a wood stove for cosy evenings in winter (wood not provided).
On the top floor, two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190), the other with a queen size bed (160x200). A bathroom with bath, WC and double sink completes this level.
Outside
Two furnished terraces allow you to enjoy outdoor meals, with a gas griddle for grilling. You can also relax on the beautiful beach around the pool.
The garden around the house is carefully maintained, and the 4 hectares of land and forest offer a soothing natural setting.
Due to the stairs, this house is not accessible to young children or people with reduced mobility.
