The owner and staff treat you like family, are very attentive to your needs, and the breakfast is excellent. I definitely recommend it and would return for my next vacation."

"Everything was perfect. Both the host and the owner were easy to contact and were very helpful since before we arrived. The host was very kind through the process and gave us lots of useful information about the area. She also gave us great suggestions for places to eat. The staff in the lobby were always very courteous and helpful. Overall, the experience was better than we expected. We would definitely choose their apartment again. P.S. Make sure you visit Panaderia Ramirez, at walking distance from the apartment."

"It was terrible. They don’t answer your messages, they never pickup the phone. Breakfast is terrible. They cannot serve you a black tea even."
