No es un hotel, es un hostal que además tiene zonas de alquiler por "horas" - muy desagradable. La habitación muy limitada, un aire acondicionado antiquísimo y ruidoso, sólo una Canal de TV; en realidad es un hostal de paso, pero lo más desagradable fue darnos cuenta que tienen habitaciones que las alquilan por horas. La ubicación en una zona de comercio menor, lejos de la playa; no es lo más adecuado si se busca un lugar de esparcimiento.

No vuelvo más a este hotel

Poco agradable, el hotel x fuera muy bonito, ubicación excelente, pero al llegar a la habitación muy descuidada, pésima limpieza con decir q en la taza del baño había heces en ciertas partes y en las paredes. Aunque después lo limpiaron, la habitación deja mucho q desear en la limpieza y la cama para ser matrimonial muy pequeña. El desayuno muy pobre para la categoría del hotel y el costo del mismo x estancia. Da mucha pena q un hotel con tan buena ubicación y muy buena estructura tenga una pésima administración. Personalmente no volveremos más a este hotel.

Muy buena ubicación pero.....

Positivo y negativo. Para empezar con lo positivo la ubicación del hotel muy buena cerca de todo y a 1 cuadra de la playa, el hotel por fuera muy bonito pero x dentro todo cambia. Las habitaciones muy descuidadas, hacen limpieza todos los dias pero no es buena solo barren y te arreglan la cama, se llevan las toallas y tienes q llamar para q te envien las toallas y eso cuando ellos puedan, el servicio al cliente muy deficiente, al llegar a nuestra habitación no habia agua en el baño y era xq estaba cerrada la llave de paso y habia agua a la entrada del baño, en la madrugada en la primera noche nos asustamos xq se escuchaba un ruido q parecía trompeta en el baño y era q la llave del lavabo creo q x falta de presión sonaba así, tuve q cerrar las llaves de paso y entendí xq estaban cerradas, al dia siguiente pedi a recepción q nos ayuden con esto pero solo me supieron decir q esto no tenia arreglo asi q pedi un cambio de habitación pero nunca lo hicieron, la excusa fue q el hotel solo tenía 3 habitaciones dobles y q estaban ocupadas q espere a q desocupen una pero nunca nos avisaron, de verdad q es una pena q un hotel tan bien ubicado tenga una tan mala administración y sin contar el desayuno a mi personalmente me parece muy poco para el costo y la categoría del hotel. Personalmente no volveremos a este hotel.

Можно было поставить этому отелю плохую оценку, если бы не то обстоятельство, что подавляющее число отелей в округе еще хуже. Если на многое закрыть глаза, что полотенца вместо 4-х могут принести одно, что моющие средства тоже не допросишься, про качество уборки я молчу, то все остальное на приемлемом уровне. Повар Ленин и его напарник, забыл его имя, классные ребята. Завтраки были хорошие, пляж рядом, до аэропорта рукой подать, что еще нужно для счастья?

Отель Марвенто II, февраль 2015

Чистый, недавно построенный отель. Номера очень маленькие, кровати тоже. Дружелюбный персонал, но говорит только по-испански. Завтрак континентальный: обычно маленький омлет или сэндвич, сок и кофе. Очень удобное расположение: хотя и вторая линия, но в самом центре.

The only real frustrating experience I had was the language barrier when I tired to explain that I was unable to connect to the internet because, for some reason, the room I was booked into had no reception. They finally switched me and it all worked out.

Great Location... 1 Block away from the beach.... Easy access... Very clean and free breakfast... We stayed at the MarVento # 2. I would stay here once again...

Not so good.

60 steps to room. No elevator. No curtains for kitchen. No china or cutlery. one towel one bath mat per night. No .wash clothesé Rooms not swept clean. Did not know that breakfast was included until last day However the front desk was helpful in getting us a taxi to travel back to Guayaquil. Salinas on the whole is very unsafe to walk in. Sidewalks are rough with many holes and uncovered or partially covered manholes.
