"The positives are straightforward: excellent location, parking, rooms are modern and fresh, and a pool area that is new. Breakfast is no better than what you would expect in a decent 3-star hotel. Lunch consists of a static menu of 6–7 dishes that does not change. Dinner is buffet-style with “ok” food quality — all far from what this hotel price point suggests. For us, the most disappointing part of the experience was the handling of allergies and intolerances. We gave advance notice before booking. The kitchen was unwilling to prepare something as simple as a fried egg or omelet adapted to my son’s needs. That is not a complex request. It is basic hospitality. Our complaint was noted, but nothing changed."

"(+) Free coffee pods and milk in the room! Very cute room, looks new. Big room and huge balcony. Charming view. There is tv, fridge, hair dryer, safety box, big wardrobe. (-) I suggest to bring slippers because bathroom floor is cold stone. They should clear the snow for the ground floor access. Restaurant was closed as of Feb 2026, hopefully they reopen soon. Paid more for Comfort Double Room in order to get one queen-size double bed but still got 2 single beds put together → room description & picture does not match. We had a small water leak issue under the sink, I hope they will fix it soon. Communication & support could be improved: nobody was at the reception on the first day and it is a bit slow to get an answer when messaging their mobile number (+41 76 795 66 54 / +41 77 903 31 84)."
