"Ft Young is always my go to when visiting the island. That being said if you are in the older part of the hotel, getting your luggage around is a challenge as the elevator does not get you to all areas, HOWEVER there is always friendly staff to lend a hand. I was disappointed not to get a room in the new, deluxe part of the hotel. Not sure how I go about getting one. Overall I am pleased with my stay. I would say that service has improved over the years. Helpful, friendly staff"

Beyond the great onsite restaurants, the wonderful spa, beautiful rooms and outstanding views of the water and the mountains, were the lovely and engaging team members from the attendants that greeted you to the front desk to every member of the resort, all were friendly and helpful. "

"Appears doing renovation so that you have hurricane and purchase. Nice pool right on the water. And the staff was super great. Love having sounds of the ocean waves while I was sleeping"

"Fantastic location (but be mindful it can be noisy being in the city centre). Very good pressure in the shower. Many plugs across the room (practical for all our little electronics). Free internet available although unreliable. The room wasn't dirty nor very clean. Limited amenities (towels, soaps, iron & ironbaord). No kettle. Hotel in need of a good freshen up. Definitely not worth 90€/night."
