Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire Main Residence and patio. You may also reserve the attached Salisbury Coastal Retreat, located at the front of the property. The Retreat accommodates two guests and has a private entrance. It may be booked by other guests during your stay unless reserved together. When booked together, both spaces connect internally for easy access.

No smoking or pets — this is an allergy-free home
A $500 additional cleaning fee will apply for any evidence of smoking or pets, including cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes
Sleeps 6 adults and 1 infant/child (crib available)
Ring camera at the front door for safety and security (no interior cameras)
