Mabel Rose is a two-story craftsman style home. The living room has a High Definition television with Comcast cable, WI-FI and Netflix movies. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter-tops. Screened-in porch. Home is close to Ocean City beaches, Historic Berlin and Assateague Island. The home has a large front and, back yards with private drive. There is a key-code on the back door for easy access. Unfortunately, accommodations aren’t available for your furry friends.

An attractive, restored, clean 1930s house that looks like a farmhouse from the outside, with a big front porch, set back on the street on a large grassy lot. Nice wood floors and finish on the inside. Very homey. It’s the second time we rented there, we wanted to go again. Much better than a hotel for same price. A great home base to go to Assateague beach. The city has bars and restaurants to go to. It’s a nice getaway.

This is the second time we stayed here. This place is so nice. It is minutes from Salisbury business area and only 30 minutes from Ocean City. E.C. is a great host. He is very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend this house.

This is a lovely, extremely well-kept property with all the amenities yet the charm of bygone times. There is a beautiful yard, relaxing screened porch, golden wood floors, circular drive, and two sitting areas. The home is within walking distance of fast food and a drug store in case you forgot something. It was so relaxing that we hated to leave!

cute farm house w screened in porch. the property was lovely. it was perfect for our needs, sheets were high quality, we were in town for a sports tournament and it was 10 min away, we really enjoyed having a spacious house instead of a small hotel room. easy to get around. there is a great small pie company close by making small indiv pies, highly recommend (the ugly pie).

EC could not have been more welcoming and helpful! He communicated early and often, did everything he could to be helpful with our schedule as we arrived, showed us around and was generally an awesome host throughout the weekend. The house is exactly as advertised and met our needs…it was a little far from our early-morning activity in Cambridge but totally workable (and we knew that in advance). He truly made it a wonderful place to stay-thanks!

The house is faithfully represented in the photo. Inside it's nicely done with wooden floors, painted interior, up-to-date maintenance, good kitchen supplies, and a nice screened front porch so that cars passing by 50-100 feet away, can't see in. It's like an old country house plopped into an urban area, although the houses are separated more than an urban neighborhood. Nice grounds. A very pleasant house to be in, hopefully we can get back to it. It is not far front the center of Salisbury, so there are lots of amenities around. But it still has a rural farmhouse feel to it. Very friendly owner who was concerned about all the features of the house. We stayed there to go to Assateague Beach an hour away; a lot cheaper than beachfront property.
