"Check in process and address was misleading. Ended up at a address which was 1.5hrs away from igloo. Address they gave in a message was wrong. Breakfast on first day was not suitable (there excuse was it was off season). Second morning after complaining they adjusted and improved. Sauna was great. View from igloo was pretty. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Everything was excellent - clean room with staff very helpful throughout! There isn’t much amenities so bring your own amenities, but large room with private sauna was just perfect hideaway for a family with children. Will definitely visit again!"

"We stayed in the apartments, it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We used the spa and pool which we paid extra for at the main reception, which was lovely. There was a small shop within reception and a small bakery which was about a 5 min walk out of the complex, everyone was friendly, "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. The resort is great for sledding and the on site soft play/activity park was great for the kids. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and the food and service were both good. We thought the price of using the pool was too high 65euros per day for a family of 4. Had it been half of this we would have visited."
