"Was not possible to get in contact with the hotel, by mail or phone.
Holiday club has a new phone system that will charge you extra! Should be a service they would give customers, and NOT charge extra for. They also keep you on waiting for a very long time, and you will be charged the whole time. Did try to call reception while I was right at the reception desk just to check. There was available staff at the reception but I got stuck in waiting line at the phone, and the phone did not ring at...

"The hotel is amazing, the location is key, ski-in-and-out. Right next to Ruka Ski Resort Gondola. The room assigned to me was clean, very charming and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, nice winter blankets, and soft pillows. Breakfast was included and it is a massive buffet with healthy options. I loved the food and the service. There are restaurants, shopping stores, and tour agencies all within walking distance. Also the bus stop to the airport is a 4 minute walk. I would come back to this hotel and location big time. Finland is a dream!!"
