"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away.

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"A fantastic location with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 and gave a great base to explore Chamonix and the surrounding area."

"Not in good shape, dirty old couch and armchair, no toilet paper, no soap or dishsoap. Found out last minute that price advertised does not include towels or bed sheets, we would need to pay for them plus an extra charge as a rush fee since now it was less than 24h before check-in. This was not advertised in the listing. Overall a very disappointing experience ."

"Great location, a short walk to the Aigulle du Midi lift, and a short walk to the center of town. The apartment is spacious. Our kids, ages 10 and 12 LOVED the bunk beds. I loved the back deck view of Mount Blanc. We hope to return her."

"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. You have to park down the...

"Simply perfect. We stayed for 3 days and none of us wanted to go home. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. A lot of things to do there like tennis, hiking, cycling, or you could simply visit Annecy (definitely worth it)"

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"This is hands down my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. It is beautifully designed, the rooms are excellent, and the common areas are inviting and cozy. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Chamonix."
"Boutique type hotel with outside swimming pool, excellent staff and a great breakfast. Some maintenance issues such as several of the lockers in the spa area no longer lock. Car parking is exploitative, charging €25 for any vehicle when I was on a motorcycle that doesn’t need a parking bay - all other hotels I stayed at provide free parking for motorcycles except for two that charged €25 for cars and €10 for motorcycles."
"Room was clean and ready (but small as advertised) and the location is great for strolling into iconic old town. Arrived during an unusual heat wave and the AC in the rooms are capped at 74 degrees which is hard to be upset about but with a baby wanted more ability to cool the room down a bit more. Left overall satisfied but the little things like having to fill up our water bottles or alert the front dest staff upon each entering and exiting from the property (especially when they were busy checking in guests) made it feel more of a 'utility stay' than a resort."
"Brand new hotel with nice wellness area. Very close to the lake and the beach. About 2km walk from town. Some staff great, others less especially in the spa area. Beware of the bathing suit dress code in the spa."
"A really sweet little ski chalet on the edge of Chamonix. We stayed two nights in July, taking a family room for two adults and two teenagers.
The hotel was charming but a little basic: the rooms were quite small and the beds were OK but not great. it was perfectly fine for a two day stop-over but I'm glad we weren't there for a long holiday - it was good to get to a more comfortable bed at our next stop. It's also worth noting there's no air conditioning. In the winter in the mountains, this wouldn't be a problem, but it was 30 degrees when we were there and it was pretty hot in the room at night.
The only real downsie is the location. It's on the edge of the twon, which made it very peaceful, but it was too far to walk to the centre of Chamonix and parking in the town centre is tricky.
We loved Chamonix and definitely want to visit again, but next time we will stay nearer the town centre"
