The room was large but the shower and sink area had no door, which presents some problems when you have other people there with you. This email is generic and most of the facilities did not apply to the room we had booked. This email can be considered as quite misleading. We were given room 93 which is upstairs using a very steep and uncovered staircase. This room will be completely unsuitable for anyone with slight mobility issues. ...
