Our new oasis of well-being, featuring many amenities and spanning approximately 70 square meters, is located on the 2nd floor of an old, structurally reinforced 19th-century farmhouse. You’ll have an entire floor all to yourself.
We’ve renovated and designed it as if we were going to live there ourselves, with great attention to detail, and we redecorate it seasonally.
Our spacious bathroom, filled with natural light, invites you to relax. Take a wonderful, relaxing bath while gazing up at the stars.
Our apartment offers all the amenities you need, even for a longer stay with children. Depending on your needs, they can sleep in the master bedroom on their own sofa bed, in a crib, or—once they’re old enough according to your preferences—in their own cozy corner in the living room.
Various toys, books, a swing, fitness equipment, and bath toys—everything is available upon request.
A travel crib (height-adjustable and with a changing pad) is also available upon request.
We’ve designed our living room so that fitness (if needed) isn’t neglected. You can relax on several sofas in the living room, and you’re welcome to swing and unwind to your heart’s content.
The open-concept living space combines cooking with entertainment options and shared meals in the cozy dining area.
Our high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, mini-oven, convection oven with grill function at a comfortable, back-friendly working height, stove, range hood, and refrigerator with freezer compartments.
If you have different TV preferences—no problem: The living room and bedroom each have their own TV.
Looking for a restful night’s sleep? => Blackout blinds in the living room and bedroom ensure this, and in the summer, a portable air conditioner (monoblock) and a fan are also available. Please note that this unit only operates when someone is present and requires installation with an exhaust hose while the windows are open.
In case of rain or thunderstorms, the respective window must be kept closed, and the exhaust hose must be removed to prevent damage to the building or the vacation rental.

Speaking of summer: If you’d like to enjoy a barbecue evening in a stunning mountain setting—in our outdoor garden in the neighboring district of Salmrohr—just ask. We love to pamper our guests and have already provided them with many wonderful moments.

The maximum occupancy is 4 people, though 1 sleeper sofa in bedroom 1 is 1.40 wide and is therefore more suitable for 2 children. We’ve also hosted 5 guests before—it’s a matter of how you arrange things and being considerate of one another, since in that case one additional person sleeps in the parents’ bedroom.
The additional sofa bed in the living room can be equipped with a mattress topper if needed, providing a sleeping surface measuring 1.60 × 2.00 m.
The double bed in the bedroom is also equipped with a mattress topper and measures 1.80 × 2.20.
Use of the washer/dryer costs an additional €5.00 per load.
For 2 or more guests, there is a surcharge of €10 per night per person; children up to 6 years old are €5.00.
For smokers, a covered, sheltered area is provided at the entrance; the apartment is a non-smoking zone.
For dog owners: 1 dog is no problem—we love animals and have had dogs ourselves.
Nevertheless, please note and strictly adhere to the following: => No pets on the bed or sofa! That’s what the dog beds and blankets you bring along are for. This is because we also rent to people with allergies and clean mattresses and sofas regularly. Failure to comply or damage to the furniture will result in immediate billing. Dog owners should have valid dog liability insurance to prevent any potential issues. We consider this mandatory.
Furthermore: When leaving the apartment or being away, you must take your dog with you. Your four-legged friend is not permitted to stay alone.

Wonderful, babbling streams, many beautiful hiking and biking trails, and secluded forests are located in the immediate vicinity of and around the town. Several cafés, bakeries, shopping options, the train station, soccer fields, playgrounds, and a climbing wall make Salmtal a charming place.
Trier, an incredibly beautiful, historic city, is just a 25-minute drive away; Koblenz is 50 minutes away, and the Luxembourg border is 30 minutes away.
