The Font de Mar building, located next to Cala Font, offers an ideal location in terms of services.

The apartment features modern décor and features a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished terrace, and a bathroom. In addition, TV is included. Salou Train Station is 2 km away, while Port Aventura Theme Park is 10 minutes away.

It is a quiet building where groups of friends will not be accepted due to the tranquility of both the area and the rest of the neighbors.

House's rules:

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towels supplement €4/person.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys delivery from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:00 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur a surcharge.

Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8º The tourist tax (€1 person and day, max of 7 days) will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.

Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested when you make the reservation (€5 per day) since there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.
