Hotel was nice, clean and comfy beds. Food was tasty and varied. My only let down was that you are forced to buy water from them in the evening and i was subjected to a member of staff taking me to the back of a door and showing me / pointing rudely that it wasnt allowed to bring in my own refil bottle. That was embarrassing and awkward as i didnt know. I got a proper telling off like a child! Also, as a British person, you want a cuppa in your own room and they dont provide kettles, you have to hire it from them at €20/ week! And by the time i tried, they were all gone. Overall a lovely hotel, more so for the older generation i would say. Great location and most of our experience was a positive one. Some customer service skills could be worked on that all. Be kind.

Perspnal ist sehr freundlich. Drinks an der Bar sind phänomenal und preiswert. Frühstück ist sehr gut, grosses Buffet mit frischen Zutaten. Der Standort ist super, man hat alle in der Nähe. Das Animation Team sorgt stets für gute Stimmung. Das Badezimmer ist zu eng designed.

Hôtel 4* très bien situé : en plein centre-ville, proche de la plage. Par contre, il ne dispose pas de parking proche. Personnel à l’accueil très sympa et très réactif à la demande du client. Par contre, problème de propreté quant à la restauration : les assiettes du buffet sont souvent sales. Les tables sont nettoyées avec la même lavette sans aucun produit ! Quant aux serviettes de la chambre, on nous a remis celle du sol humide et sale repliée comme si c’était une propre ! On nous a dit qu’il y avait un problème de laverie. Dommage pour un 4*

All the staff is so nice and helpfull, the room was always so clean and everything in the hotel is very clean. The pools are amazing and a very good location, close to the beach and loads of nice restaurants around. We had a great time staying here. Highly recomend!

5 star hotel

I stayed in H10 Delfin with 2 friends and we had a fantastic overall experience in this beautiful hotel. I had accidentally booked for one person instead of three but Samantha and all the staff team were so helpful and kind in rectifing my mistake and made us feel at ease straight away. The staff in the hotel were extremely kind helpful and friendly throughout our stay. This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star feel. We were given the change to upgade our room for a very small fee and were delighted with the space and amenities in this room. The pool areas were very enjoyable and we attended a night of fantastic live music on the rooftop pool and bar on one of the evenings, which was brilliant and was a great addition to our holiday. We stayed half board and the breakfast and dinner options were brilliant. My two friends and I have varied diatery needs and preferences and there was so much variety and choices for each of us. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and I can honestly say our stay in H10 Delfin was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing I have had. Thank you so much to all the fantastic, kind and professional staff for making our stay so memorable.

Totaal geen 4 sterren hotel, 2 max

Bij aankomst was het welkom niet echt vriendelijk er werd een beetje lacherig gedaan omdat we bezweet waren vanwege het feit dat we zolang moesten lopen om de auto te parkeren. Bij de eetzaal werd mijn dochter erop geattendeerd dat ze niet met korte mouwen mocht gaan eten terwijl alle vrouwen daar met korte mouwen zaten te eten. Bij het zwembad en de lobby heeft geen ober ons gevraagd of we wat wilden drinken terwijl alle anderen wel elke keer gevraagd werden. er was elke dag de hele dag door harde muziek. Het eten was vooral Engels georiënteerd en was saai, koud en smakeloos. Bij het uitchecken werd ons niets gevraagd over hoe we het hadden ervaren en ook geen goede reis gewenst. Al met al was het erg teleur stellend.

Wer auf den Chic der 90‘er steht ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Liegt nah zum Strand, der Einkaufsmeile und den Clubs der Stadt. Dafür ist die Umgebung aber noch relativ ruhig. Nicht ruhig sind die Zimmer, da hier offenbar Wände aus Pappe verbaut wurden. Leider ist das Essen nur im geschlossenen Raum möglich, weil die Terrasse nicht an den Speisesaal angeschlossen ist. Am Ende ist das Essen auch das größte Manko. Zu wenig Personal und lauwarmes bis kaltes Essen, welches dann noch über den Garpunkt hinaus gequält wurde. Abschließend muss einem hier bewusst sein, dass in Salou der Ballermann noch gelebt wird. Wir würden diesen Hotel nicht erneut buchen auch weil die vier Sterne nicht dem heutigen Standard entspricht. Da bietet ein Motel One wesentlich mehr Flair.

Check-in and out was ok. Nightly entertainment was poor. Room was average. Breakfast selection of items was ok but breakfast experience was awful. Long queues for tea and coffee unless you arrived for breakfast within 15 minutes of it opening.

Imposible descansar . Por la noche mucho ruido , el tipo de gente ( turismo ) que va ahí no respeta nada. La comida de buffet muy mala también. Habitaciones regular y se escucha todo de la otra habitación
