"Staff at check in were lovely. The room was lovely and clean with everything we needed. The roof top pool was fantastic as there was also plenty of room to sun bathe and it was never too packed."

"I arrived at the hotel around 8pm, and went right back out for dinner, when I come back I actually realized that I paid extra money to have a balcony, and I didn't had a balcony. And I spoke with the night clerk about the issue, he wanted to move me, but I didn't want to move after I used the room, and he said that at the check out he will make sure to put a note to refund me the extra payment I made for the balcony I haven't received. "The rooms were large with a nice view. The hotel had a lot to offer. The pool was warm yet refreshing. Too bad it couldn’t stay open a bit later though, it was still light out until 9pm but the pool closed at 8pm. The only downfall was the communication with the front desk staff during check in regarding the passes to the Port Aventura Park. Very disappointed that they didn’t explain this better. They were rushed to get us through the line so there was no/little communication."

"Beautifully located close to everything. Breakfast was a great selection and fresh. Pool area was clean and well kept like the rest of the property. Pillows in the room could be updated. Overall amazing flawless service and would return in a heartbeat."
