"Clean room, friendly staff, good pool area and bar"

"The rooms were large with a nice view. The hotel had a lot to offer. The pool was warm yet refreshing. Too bad it couldn’t stay open a bit later though, it was still light out until 9pm but the pool closed at 8pm. The only downfall was the communication with the front desk staff during check in regarding the passes to the Port Aventura Park. Very disappointed that they didn’t explain this better. They were rushed to get us through the line so there was no/little communication."

What really stood out to us was the great customer service—every single employee we encountered always had a smile on their face and made us feel so welcome. "Great location, very clean, pleasant staff. A bit of queuing for breakfast during busy months and between 9.00 - 10 but usually get in within 5 minutes. 8 - 9 am is a good time to go down. Great pool area and we always got sunbeds."

"Beautifully located close to everything. Breakfast was a great selection and fresh. Pool area was clean and well kept like the rest of the property. Pillows in the room could be updated. Overall amazing flawless service and would return in a heartbeat."
