The Region Pas de Calais offers historic places and incredible beaches without overtourism We, a Family with Teenager and dog, enjoyed our 2 weeks In Summer at the cottage- Dishwasher, really good wifi, and enough Space for all of us helped to recreate. "We had a lovely week and were made to feel very welcome by the owner. The house has everything you would expect, as well as a large garden. The area is very scenic and has rolling hills and woodlands with lots of walks. Licques is only a km or so down the road, and has a supermarket and other shops. Calais is only about 20 to 30 minutes away, and Boulogne and St Omer are within easy reach. The house itself is in a small village, and isn't isolated as such, but still very rural and very much...
