The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

Breakfast was wonderful. Very few dining options for Monday night, but I guess it’s pretty typical in France except Paris."
