The Space:

Fit for two guests, the space caters to both relaxation and adventure in equal measure.

Cook delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances and dine at the cozy table set for intimate meals. Our on-site amenities ensure your stay is connected and entertaining: fast Wi-Fi ensures smooth browsing, and a Smart TV featuring Hulu Live TV, Hulu Streaming, and HBO beckons for leisurely nights in.

Visiting for work? A dedicated workspace with ironing facilities ensures your professional needs are met. If you're traveling with the little ones, a pack and play, high-quality stroller, highchair, and board games keep them entertained. Step outside and find Liberty Park's green expanse brimming with picnic spots and outdoor activities is just a short stroll away.

The studio is located on the 2nd floor, accessible via a flight of stairs and steps leading to the front door. Parking is convenient with free street options outside the building and a secluded alley behind the property.

Guest Access:
Our guests have entire access to the studio and its amenities, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and free on-street parking near the property. Self-check-in and check-out are made seamless with a unique door code provided upon booking.

As we immerse in the Summer euphoria, our studio emerges as an ideal hub to explore the season's beauty in Salt Lake City. Cycle around town with a high bike score of 97 or relax at local parks, always returning to a comfortably cool home, thanks to the air conditioning.

House Rules
The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules and understand that any violation of the following rule may result in extra fees and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Violation of any of these rules may result in an admin fee of $50 added to any other lost item, damage, extra cleaning or incidental fees associated with the violation per violation incident.


Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Usage
1. No Smoking, Vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
2. No illegal substances of any kind anywhere on the premises.
3. Smoking of any kind in or near the property will result in a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and eviction from the property without refund.


Being a Good Neighbor
1. No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor, or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, or the like.
2. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.
3. Be respectful of neighbors.
4. Do not have more guests than stated on your reservation and no unapproved visitors. There is a $50 per night fee for every guest not listed on the reservation.
5. No loud music or disturbances. Especially after quiet hours which start at 10:00 PM
6. Do not use shared amenities outside of their posted allowed time frames.
7. Do not park in any assigned parking spaces that have not been assigned to the guest. Do not park anywhere parking is not allowed. The owner is not responsible for damage, or costs incurred due to improper parking.


Check-In and Check-Out
1. The check-in form with attached photo government ID an photo of responsible party must be filled out before arrival. The Guest will not be sent the door code at the designated check-in time unless this form is filled out properly. Incomplete check-in forms may result in cancellation of the reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days before check-in due to an incomplete check-in form are not subject to refund.
2. Early check-ins can never be guaranteed prior to the day of check-in at 11:00 AM. Confirmation of early check-in will be sent in writing via SMS, Email or the booking channel’s messaging platform between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the check-in day. The cost for early check-in is $10 for every full hour early that both parties agree on.
3. Standard check-in is any time after 4:00 PM
4. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Due to cleaning requirements, we cannot offer late check-outs. The owner reserve the right to charge $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM for unapproved late check-out.
7. Please follow check-in and check-out instructions as detailed in messages sent via the booking channel, text message and listed in the guidebook.
8. The unit is equipped for self-check-in and the Owner will not be present during the check-in process.


Pets
1. Pets are not allowed, and service animals should be disclosed prior to arrival. Unapproved pets will result in a minimum $250 fee in addition to any cleaning costs, or cost to replace damaged or broken items caused by the pet.


Caring for the Property
1. Do not leave vomit, blood, or feces in the apartment. Any extra cost for cleaning any of these biohazard substances will be charged to the guest.
2. Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet.
3. Do not put oil, grease, bones or any other non-water-soluble items down the drains.
4. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
5. Run the kitchen sink disposal every time food waste goes down the drain.
6. Plumbing repair costs will be passed on to the guest.
7. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
8. Any items removed from the property, broken, destroyed, or lost will be replaced at the guest’s cost. Some costs include:
$50 - TV Remote
$75 - Amenities fob
$10 - Batteries from apartment devices such as door lock, remotes, smoke detectors, seccurity devices, etc.
9. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
10. Always lock the door. We want you and your things to be safe.
11. Do not place diapers or other garbage in the hallway or breezeway. Follow all apartment complex rules for garbage disposal.
