This motel is well maintained for an older property. The best parts were the friendly staff and the hot, full breakfast! The worst parts were the 'too soft' bed and the part of downtown you would not want to go for a morning walk.

This is more like a Motel absolutely not for families. This is more for single persons, bikers, truck drivers, construction workers or homeless.

This hotel everything I needed as a solo male traveler. It had a frig, a microwave, free gated parking, decent internet, an outside pool and a free breakfast at a really low rate. After all the taxes and surcharges I think I only paid $95 so it was very affordable. The location is not great as it’s maybe a mile from the busier parts of downtown and yes I did see some homeless people in the area but it worked well for me.

Very, very nice staff. Great breakfast, gated parking and smells and looks clean We actually stayed a second night and took in the sights so we wouldn't have look for an equally nice hotel for the same price.

The staff was friendly but front desk assigned me to two different rooms which hadn’t been cleaned by room service yet. We were finally able to get a room on our third attempt and after all the walking back and forth with our grocery bags and belongings. Manager did not charge us for the upgraded room due to the inconvenience so that was a plus. The surrounding area has some homeless and probably the kind of environment that you definitely not want to walk around especially at night. The room was clean and came equipped with a fridge, microwave and free WiFi with free parking available as well. Overall we weren’t expecting some five star hotel but just clocking off of work tired and just needing a place to shower and put our feet up, this hotel was sufficient enough to do so and reasonably priced.

Can't beat that price in downtown SLC

Great value for the price. Soft beds and pillows. I really liked that the parking lot was gated so that there wasn't anyone who wasn't a hotel guest loitering around. Very decent breakfast too.
