Cottonwood access large house with hottub

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the accomodations were good! We would give this property 4-4.5 stars. It was a good location, but very close to numerous neighbors which caused some issues with being outside after 10pm with a large group of young adults in the hot tub. We had 17 people and it was a bit tight for sleeping. Not sure that 22 people would be feasible. Having 2 kitchens and 2 washer/dryers was a bonus and def a must with that many people to fix bfast and dinner for everyone. All in all, we had a fantastic week, and it was a solid place to stay with our son and his bbuddies! Thank you!
