This newly renovated unit is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful areas in East Sandy. Only a 15 minute drive to the mouth of canyon to access our breathtaking mountain resorts in Salt Lake City. From the entrance, find quick access to Little Cottonwood Canyon home of Snowbird and Alta mountain resorts. Continue on to Big Cottonwood Canyon jaw-dropping home of Brighton and Solitude mountain resorts. Our property is also less than a 20 minute drive to downtown SLC and less than 10 min drive to shopping malls and fine cuisine located in the cities of Draper and Sandy. This private and luxurious basement unit comfortably sleeps 6 adults. It features a no-contact garage entrance, wet closet and ski/snowboard equipment storage. Flexible check in/out times to fit your needs for a low fee (please coordinate with host at time of booking). Complementary coffee and popcorn machine for your enjoyment as you relax in our fully equipped theater room that features a PS5 and surround system.

Wedding stay
I received no info until the day we were to check in, I contacted the manager and was told the place we reserved was not available because of plumbing issues that occurred the previous day. She said they were trying to find us another property. When they told us of the new property it didn’t sleep the six of us so we had to take an inflatable bed. They did provide bedding. There was insufficient clean towels and we had to wash a batch of dirty towels we found next to a pile of dirty sheets we found in the closet. We found a mound of hair in the corner of the bathroom. The cleaning crew needs to up their game. The property we ended up in is not the one we requested. The fill in property is not one I would have chosen. Yjr property is merely adequate as far as furnishing. No hair dryer, no ironing board. Drinking glasses were stored in the table and hard to find.

Exactly As Described
Host was great. Garage door opener has no battery when we first arrived so it was difficult to get in and out of the property without having to let the owner know. They replaced the battery within 24 hours of notice. Overall great experience. It is the basement unit so no natural light. I for one love a little airflow so I felt a little chocked up as it was difficult to open the windows or even open them at all. Like I said basement unit and I didn’t pay enough attention to it until I arrived but either way it did the job and we had a good time.
