This adorable, 1950's brick home is in the heart of Sugar House in SLC. Just 3 blocks from the beautiful Sugar House Park and no more than 10 minutes from all the downtown districts that Salt Lake City has to offer. It's only a 20-30 minute drive up the GORGEOUS Parley's Canyon until you are in Park City, UT. And don't forget about the Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons that are also only 20-30 minutes away.

Loved our Sugar House stay

The house was great - plenty of space and the kitchen in the basement is a nice bonus. It's a convenient location near both cottonwood canyons and a great option for anyone visiting Salt Lake.

Great Home Base for our Ski Trip

We had a great stay! The location allowed for quick access to all ski resorts and restaurants, the yard was great for our dog, parking was convenient, and it was comfortable for our family to spread out and for everyone to have their own space.

Last Ski week of the season

Met my brother from Washington State and my son who goes to the U. Last ski getaway of the season. great place lots of room, great location. 16" on Tuesday and 11" on Thursday were not all that bad either.

We loved this home! It has such a cool vibe with the decor and use of space. Our group of adults appreciated being able to have their own space while still having great gathering spaces throughout the house. The location is also really accessible and close to a lot of things in town!

We stayed for a weekend getaway. It was cozy and welcoming. Very clean. Easy to access and even though it's on a busier street you never hear the cars. The decor is fun! We loved our stay.

Graduation Weekend

Ski weekend in SLC

The house is very well situated in the east part of SLC; also the neighborhood is nice and offers all you need. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the beds are super comfortable. We also liked that we could bring our dog (who very much enjoyed the dog door to the backyard).

Perfect spot with coolest vibe!

This home had a great location, everything we needed and was the coolest space! You can tell that they put a lot of time into the decorating of this place and it’s a very unique, cool, fun but still very functional vibe. We absolutely loved this. Everyone in my group could not stop commenting on how cool the house was. We would absolutely stay here again. The owners were also very accommodating and helpful!
