This is a great location which was close to Alta/snowbird and Brighton/Solitude. It is very spacious, includes parking and close to some great restaurants. There are stairs up to the apartment, and the bed is on the soft side which aren’t negatives just letting people know who have preferences. Apartment had a big kitchen and provided coffee/tea, also had a washer/dryer if needed. Highly recommend. Host was super responsive as well.

This is one of the best neighborhoods in all of the Salt lake vally and so close to my family home. Really tricky to find a place to stay in this exact neighborhood. I really liked my stay here. I can't wait to come back for a ski vacation. Super clean and really stylish. I loved the garage parking. I wish I would have had more time to really enjoy all the extras like the washer dryer and kitchen. A

I found the listing for the Guest Apartment on short notice in a pinch. The pictures and description were highly accurate. Cleanliness is an A. Very comfortable and quiet; the indoor parking (in SLC in the Winter) is an added bonus.

Great place to stay in the Salt lake area. Close enough to make it easy to get places, but private enough to have your own space to come back to after a long day. We would absolutely stay here again if we're in the area. Good communication from host and great apartment for a couple to stay at. 10 out of 10!

Very comfortable, quiet and secure property that is conveniently located to all thing in Salt Lake City metro area. The host is super sweet and very accommodating and the apartment is good size and well appointed. I’ll be returning in six months and highly recommend this property.

All glowing things to say about this property. The communication was excellent. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The bed was soft which I liked, but if you like a hard mattress it might not suite your taste. Highly recommend this treasure.

I was visiting for a weekday ski trip and this place was excellent! Checkin was smooth, the property was perfect for what I needed and it was within 30 minutes of the resorts. Host is an excellent communicator and I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in SLC.

Great location! Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Close to the mountains, downtown, and not too far from the SLC airport. Wonderful amenities and you have everything you need to cook and make coffee/tea. Christine responds quickly to questions and concerns. Comfortable bed and living space for relaxation. We would stay here again.
