About this property

home in central Salt Lake Valley, east side

  • Our home is nice and cozy. We have 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. In the family room there is a comfortable pull out couch. There are extra pillows and blankets too. There is 1 full bath and a 1/2 bath. There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap for your convenience. There is a kitchen with dishes and other supplies that are need. We have individual oatmeal and cereal for your convenience. If you want more towels there are some in the hall closet. While you are staying here there are grocery stores very nearby. Smith's grocery store is just half a mile east on 45th South. We are about 30 minutes to the mountains for skiing or hiking, about 15 minutes to downtown for Utah Jazz, Temple Square, Eccles Theater, etc. Wi-Fi is included and you will have the home to yourself. We have a key pad entry for your convenience. Recent upgrades include a new clothes washer in 2020, new furnace and dishwasher in 2021, and upgrade to very fast/responsive Google Fiber Internet service in 2022. New carpet was just installed throughout the home in September 2022. New kitchen and bathroom water faucets as of 2024 with full pressure. We have a no smoking, illegal drugs or parties policy for the whole property. If you do there will be an added fee.

Charming house in a convenient neighborhood. Host was immediately responsive when I phoned her about an issue; solved right away. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with all necessary items for cooking. Plenty of towels and additional blankets, etc. Loved it!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was perfect and everything was within a 10 minute drive. The first night we had delivery which was fast and accurate. The house itself was super clean and comfortable. The host is amazing with communication and very helpful when accommodations and recommendations for local activities. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Utah.

Kaylyn reached out within minutes of our reservation. I reached out before our stay, and I appreciated quick responses to my questions. When we arrived, there was a Christmas tree set up in the living room, adding a special touch. The home was quiet and peaceful, perfect for our quick getaway. The location was great! Nice home!

Not only was communication very good with the owners, they provided food and other nice accommodations. They even decorated the home for the holiday before we arrived The home was also very clean and warm. We felt very welcome.

I really enjoyed the place. The location was actually really great. The price was very good. The kitchen worked very well for our smaller group, we only had 3 people there on thanksgiving day.

great little house

we were very happy to have stayed at this home during our stay in salt lake. it was clean and comfortable and had a great yard for our kids to play in. the location was great for us - easy to get up the canyons and easy to access downtown. close grocery store and parks. we would definitely stay here again.

This property is kept in excellent condition and very clean. It is in a great location. 4 adults stayed there for 6 nights and there is plenty of space. It is very easy to communicate with the owner but we did not need to as everything was set up perfectly. We will definitely stay there again.

Property is in a great location with plenty of room. We had 3 adults and 1 child and did not feel cramped at all. Check in process was super easy and the host didn’t require us to complete a laundry list of items before we left which was super nice. Very quick to respond and accommodating! Added bonus: The mini boxes of breakfast cereal they provide were a huge hit with my daughter.

Comfortable and clean stay

We stayed here for a couple nights on our way through Salt Lake City. The location was great and easy to get up the canyon for ski days at Brighton and Solitude (about 30 minutes). Kaylyn was good to work with and always very prompt to reply to messages. The house was cozy, comfortable and clean.

Value and location

My friend and I rented this nice, little home in the Millcreek neighborhood of Salt Lake City for our ski trip. It was a great base for the drive to area ski resorts, shopping and everything. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We would stay here again.
