The Eagle Estate operates under a Short-Term Rental License with specific

guest allowances:



* Up to **4 unrelated adults** may enjoy the estate together, _or_

* Up to **8 related adults** (family members) are welcome.

* **Children are always welcome in addition** to the above adult limits, allowing families to gather in comfort and style.

guidance on how to use amenities, or quickly addressing any unexpected needs.



Your privacy is fully respected: he does not enter the main home unless
