The condo was welcoming and comfortable! Everything was clean and the location is perfect for anyone skiing the canyons nearby. Plenty of food options around and still close to downtown salt lake. The hot tub was a great addition.
Great location for the canyons, very comfortable for our family
This is our second time staying here for spring break skiing and we’ll definitely be back. We love the location between the canyons, near several good restaurants and ski stores, and easy highway drive to park city/deer valley and snowbasin as well. Beyond location, highlights for us are the garage, gas fireplace, deck, washer/dryer/laundry room, and hot tub. Jetted bathtub is also nice after a day on the mountain. Layout is very comfortable for a family with kids or 2-3 couples.
This property is nicely located off Wasatch and allows skiers a midway point of access to both Big and Little Cottonwood mountain ski resorts which is great if you like to ski both sides for variety during your stay. Also allows easy access to very good restaurants at base of Wasatch Mountain. The owners are very hospitable. The
We just stayed here with my family of five for a ski trip. The location of this place is great - very short drive from both bases of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. There is also a grocery store very close by. It was as listed - very clean. It was nice to be able to keep the car in the garage and the association was good about keeping the streets plowed. We loved the jacuzzi after a day of skiing. We would stay here again!
This condo was in a great location for the ski mountains in the area. It was comfortable and well taken care of. Easy to put on and take off ski gear in the garage and walk into the unit. The small back deck and hot tub area is a little “tired”. Owner was very responsive and thoughtful.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo!! It was conveniently located and very well appointed and stocked with all the amenities of home!! The host offered area suggestions and was easy to access for questions!
Second time staying here to access Snowbird and Alta. Perfect location, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around and only 15 minutes to Snowbird unless it's a powder day.
Smack dab between the two canyons, you are 20-30 min from 4 great ski mountains, all on the Ikon pass. Everything works great, the owners and property manager are very nice and responsive. Would stay here again.
The property is perfect for a family ski get away. It's 20 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes to the Cottonwood Canyon resorts (low traffic) and the grocery store is a couple minutes away. The place has everything you'll need to keep the family happy and entertained and is very well kept.

Great property, ideally situated for skiing more!
Couldn't have asked for a better location for access to all of SLC's best! Great layout, flexible for a variety of guest arrangements and needs. All the amenities you could think of and many thoughtful extra touches, too. Hope to return!
Owner was very helpful during the Presidential inauguration debacle with VRBO. The property is very convenient to all 4 Cottonwood ski areas. Clean and safe location. We had three people on our trip and it accommodated us perfectly. We will Surely pay a visit again.
The property was nicely a quiet townhome, with garage, hot tub and plenty of space. Centrally located off of Wasatch Blvd and allows the selection to each of the canyons that serve Snowbird/Alta or Brighton and Solitude with ease. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Nice Place to Stay for a Ski Vacation
This condo is in a great location right between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Very convenient to grocery shopping, the bus for skiing and anything else that you want in the area. The hot tub was clean and really nice. The condo is laid out a little strangely but overall very comfortable. In addition, the management company is very, very responsive.
This is a comfortable large condo in a great location. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts have been fantastic. I stayed here for six weeks in the fall of 2022 and will definitely come back should I ever need SLC accommodations in the future. I highly recommend this property for any type of stay, any time of year. Thank you, Diane!
This property is exactly as described. Perfect location, well appointed, very clean and responsive owners. We had everything that we needed to enjoy our Ski vacation! Word of advice….on a powder day get to the resorts( Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton) by 7a.m. To avoid traffic and parking nightmares!

Everything We Hope For
Location, location, location...and comfort too! House is convenient to the Alta ski area (Solitude, Snowbird, and Brighton) and the Park City resorts (Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley). All five people in our group thought the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub, fireplace, and garages were nice conveniences. There are a lot of local restaurant options, but we elected to eat in since the kitchen was well appointed and Diane offered some extra food they had in the freezer. However, she did provide many restaurant, food shopping, and ski rental recommendations. We plan to stay there again next year.
Great Location and Communication Could Use Some Upgrades
This property is in an amazing location between the two Cottonwood canyons. 20 minutes each way to Snowbird/Alta or Brighton/Solitude. Couldn't ask for anything better. The communication from the owner/property manager was excellent, the house was very clean, and we had everything we needed. The only negative thing I could say is that the house could use some updating. I think the bathrooms are the same as when the unit was built (1980's?) and the beds are getting a little worn. Seemed as if maybe the kitchen had a redo in the last 20 years(?), but it might be time to redo some things like the bathrooms and replace some furniture. I've rented other units in this complex and they are more up to date. Everything still worked perfectly it's just aesthetically it could use a makeover. So, if that's not that important to you this is the place to go! Close to skiing, the supermarket and restaurants, and the management staff and cleaning crew go out of their way to be helpful.
