An exquisitely-furnished executive rental home in an upscale, central Holladay neighborhood walking distance to Walmart, great local restaurants, and grocery stores.

Open concept floor plan where groups can gather together while not being cramped. It’s a wonderful gathering place for families with children who want to be in a convenient city location close to everything. Kids love all the games and theater room, while adults love the comforts of home at a very reasonable price. With 4 bedrooms on the main level and a walk-in shower in the master bedroom, this a great option for our guests with limited mobility.

The meticulously landscaped yard is one of the best features of this home. It offers privacy, shade, and is large enough for kids and families to play. Kick back and relax outdoors with the private hot tub and patio that are perfect for summer barbecues or soaking at night after a long day skiing the slopes. The open floor plan of the basement space provides an enlarged gaming area with billiards, ping pong, cards and poker table, foosball, as well as a theater room with recliner seating for all your Netflix binges.

Traveling for business or relocating to Utah? This luxury residence estate is the perfect transitional accommodation if relocating with family and children. Business executives or key personnel visiting Utah to work have discovered that extended stay hotels and small apartments are not as comfortable as a spacious home.

This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

Many nice things about this property. Game room was wonderful, a broken stove was replaced in 12 hrs (impressive!). Overall we had a good time. The things that were problamatic were ants in the kitchen ( had to throw away food that was covered in ants). The hot tub was cleaned by your guy on Mon Dec 23 but when I went in on Christmas morning it was smelly and turning green. I own a hot tub and this one did not get the attention it needed. The plumbing fixtures were never fixed despite plumbers coming to the house.. I would give your property a rating of 4 out of 5.

We needed to change the location for our family reunion some hat last minute. This house was able to fit all 24 of us and was close to hiking, the aquarium, and groceries. Large areas to all gather plus a shaded backyard were great for spending time together. We had a great stay.

The house was great, provided excellent space for coworking and team bonding; kitchen was well appointed. The only 2 drawbacks were 1) alarm had unread messages and incessantly beeped until we cleared them (look a few days -, and 2) many of the lightbulbs were burned out/ did not work.

Basement bathtub was too stained and dirty to be used and the faucet handle fell off when we tried to clean it. The main bathroom had a very mildew smelling curtain. The master bath had mineral deposits that made the tub feel unclean. There were a dozen dead flies on the window sill in the master bedroom. The house was worn but worked well for our group. We left it very tidy and started the laundry as asked. All the trash was carefully contained and deposited in the cans. There were plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen was well-stocked. Beautiful back yard and a large driveway made it a great place for a group. If the bathrooms can be updated and overall cleaned more thoroughly this would be a premier home and one we would use again.

This property has lots of potential, but needs some attention. The media room equipment did not work and the carpet in that room was wet the whole time we were there (must have a leak). This room was one of the main reasons that we chose this property over others that we considered. The home was not clean and many items need repair (shower faucets; 6 of us had to share one shower), dishwasher rack just falls out of unit, lamp duck taped together, etc. Upon arrival, the maid was just showing up, so we had to delay our move in; and then there was a toilet on the main floor that had not even been cleaned. Basic supplies were very limited, only one roll of paper towels, and not one tissue in the entire house. This property did not live up to our expectations at all, especially for the price paid.

The house was very nice! It had a stocked kitchen with plenty of clean towels and linen. We enjoyed the space and luxuries the house provided which were a theater, hot tub, foosball table, TV's in each room. Unfortunately, the ping pong table was broken on arrival and the house wasn't as clean as we hoped. The master bath had glitter all over it and the theater chairs were sticky. The TV remotes were also hard to locate. We had to search the house for them. Although we enjoyed the home, we will not stay here again. There was no hot water for two days of our stay. Trying to shower off after the hot tub was difficult! We were not able to take showers on the morning of Easter Sunday. We had to find a relatives home to shower at. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing! The customer service was always quick to answer our calls but the hot water wasn't fixed until Sunday afternoon when it was too late and the ping pong table was never replaced.I have stayed in many rental homes and have never had issues with hot water before. Although it was a nice home, I cannot give it 5 stars. Hopefully the next renters will not have the same issues that we had.

The check in process was a breeze. The overall home was perfect for our needs, however, we did have issues. The A/C was just replaced and hadn't cooled the house yet, so our first day was really hot. Maintenance came and he was really great -- helped us find fans, checked up on things, etc. The customer service people gave us the wrong wifi password, so none of our group could access the wifi for the first few hours. There is a chair downstairs where the foot rail is broken. On the back row of the theater chairs, the arm on the far left was literally only connected at the bottom, so it wobbled to the point where we thought it was going to fall completely off. The door to the theater doesn't latch at all without me using all of my strength to lift up on the knob. There is a huge patch in the wall of the theater that isn't painted and is poorly done. The left side of the foosball table has come apart. You can see the dowels where it is supposed to be connected. The water in the door on the fridge is warm. The steps leading to the back door are not done to code. The thickness of each step is different. We had 3 of our group fall on those steps. The kitchen is sparsely stocked. I brought most of what I cooked with from home. Other than those things, we really enjoyed our stay.
