This is a clean and freshly updated ground floor 1 bedroom Condo. Fully furnished and stocked kitchen. Coffee and tea station. Fast internet!

This unit is walking distance to the Depot, Union Event Center, Gateway mall, Vivant Smart Home Arena (concerts, NBA Jazz games, etc.

Only two blocks to the NorthTemple Bridge Trax station giving you access to the whole Wasatch front and Airport. No car needed.

The is a private 1 bedroom condo. Private outdoor entrance. You will have the whole condo space to yourself. There is a patio/courtyard with picnic area and bistro lights. This outdoor space is only shared with 5 condo units.

We do not have off street parking at this Downtown location, but there is lots of free on street parking right out side the unit. Check out our reviews!
