This private basement apartment is comfortable and spacious. Open concept full sized kitchen and living area with sofa bed, extra blankets, Smart TV, offering complimentary Hulu and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen includes a full-size fridge, Keurig (coffee pods, hot chocolate pods, creamer and sugar included), oven and range, microwave, toaster, variety of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, dish towels, cleaning and cooking supplies available.

Fully furnished 1 bedroom offering a very comfortable queen bed & pillows, smart TV, and walk in closet. Space heaters and floor fans are available to help with your temperature comfort needs.

Private Washer and Dryer offering complimentary laundry soap.

One bathroom, featuring a beautifully renovated walk-in shower, make-up towels, bath towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser and blow dryer. Including great water pressure.

Highly recommend!

Stayed here while traveling through on our honeymoon, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Kiryae learned we had just gotten married and left a couple of very nice treats for us and a congratulations card, a very thoughtful touch :) The neighborhood is peaceful and the place was sparkling clean. Highly recommend!

Nice stay, central location

We stayed here and enjoyed the renovated unit. It was centrally located for us as we were doing things in downtown salt lake and south of of the area. Easy access to freeway. Owner was great and fast with communications.

All was good. Have two suggestions to make it perfect would be a full size mirror so you can see how you look after getting dressed and an ottoman for the living room.

Place was in a good location for our stay but for asking us to take our shoes off the floors were dirty our socks were dirty and the AC was controlled upstairs and IT WAS SOOOOO HOT. I mean it’s the dessert and 100 degrees

This is the place for me.

2nd time I have stayed here and will be the only place I book when I'm in town. Part of me once to give a bad review, so that way there wouldn't be a chance it's not available. But I have to say it's a 5 star place. Has everything you need. Also some people would think being below people who live up above would be unpleasant, but they are very friendly and you don't notice they are there, except when you wake up and they have shoveled the snow for you around your car. Look forward to staying again 3 times a year.

Incredible stay

This was a very pleasant stay, close to shopping and the mountains. We visited during the fall season as the leaves were changing in the mountains. It was a beautiful area and and even better stay.

Everything you need is included. Every kitchen utensil. Washer/Dryer. Bonus is the power recliner in the living space… it’s amazing after a long day of hiking.

The home was very nice and comfortable. It was supplied to accommodate our 1 year old with a booster chair, cabinet locks, and a pack-n-play. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great clean and spacious stay

We loved staying here. Good access to ski resorts. Home had everything we needed: spacious, clean and fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again next time we visit. Comfortable bed and great living room with comfy blankets and lounging space. Owner quickly responded to all questions.
