All was impeccable. Client services personnel, decor, restaurant, lobby area, rooms - all first rate. A lovely and convenient part of town as well.

Nice hotel but needs updateing. Front desk staff is very helpful. Kitchen staff also very accommodating your request. Rooms and floor carpeting needs updating, Room cleanliness can be better, very near to center. The top floor terrace and down stairs terrace was very enjoyable.

muy conforme con el hotel, muy desilusionado con las empresas de turismo local (UQUIA), me vendieron una excursión con tres días de anticipación y nunca me fueron a buscar y si desde el hotel no llamaban nunca se comunicarían con nosotros. Hice mil trescientos kilómetros para estar cuatro días y me perdí la mejor excursión a Pumamarca. me tuve que volver por razones de trabajo.

Cuando llegamos nos informaron q se había inundado la habitación pero el personal muy eficientemente tenía solucionado el problema y nos consiguio lugar en otro hotel con todos los gastos a cargo de ellos. Me pareció muy responsable y etico

El hotel está bien ubicado, a pasos del centro. Su edificio es confortable. El personal muy afable y atento. El punto más bajo está en la limpieza de la habitación y el desayuno que es bastante rutinario, no existe variación en lo que ofrece.
