Não tive uma experiência muito boa. Quando cheguei a recepção não sabia da reserva, tiveram que procurar no sistema. O Hotel fica em uma rua movimentada, mas com espaço para embarque e desembarque, porém precisava ser rápido pois estavam aguardando um caminhão que eu nem vi chegar. O quarto ficava para um pátio de área comum do hotel e no quarto se escutava tudo, perdendo assim a privacidade. Acabei ficando mais 4 dias na cidade, mas optando pela troca de hospedagem.

Hotel antiguo con personal muy amable

Desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos nos atendieron muy amablemente. Es una propiedad antigua en las que las habitaciones dan a un gran patio común y eso genera ruidos a veces molestos. El resto funcionaba todo muy bien y nuestras necesidades fueron atendidas rápidamente por el personal. Estaba a pocas cuadras del centro y tuvimos una estadía placentera

Buena opción en Salta

Un hotel bien ubicado, económico y todo funcionaba correctamente. súper amables todo su personal. Lo que hacía falta en la habitación nos lo proporcionaban. El tema es que las habitaciónes dan a un gran patio y si te tocan unos vecinos desubicados que salen a hablar o gritar afuera como si estuvieran solos molesta bastante

Having traveled and experienced a wide variety of hotel/hostel standards, my assessment of Samsara Hotel is that is at best a 2nd rate hostel. Our room (#10) was dark and musty and felt like a dorm room. The bathroom was hardly usable with the sink having such a short faucet that you could barely wash your hands. The shower offered NO water one evening and when it was eventually turned on, the pressure provided only a trickle next to the wall. Additioanally, the walls & ceiling were moldy (painting over mold does not equal maintenance or cleanliness). The bathroom door was warped and the wood was separating/breaking apart due to excessive water damage. I will include photos, if possible. The photos you see of rooms at this hotel are NOT at all close to our experience. Orbitz indicates on the booking information that the hotel will take payment and that non-Argentines will pay 21% VAT tax if not paying with a credit card. When we attempted to pay with a credit card, we were told that a 15% fee would be added. We have not encountered that type of fee anywhere else in Argentina during our trip! I was completely disappointed in this hotel and our stay here. I would recommend booking at any other hotel or hostel. The only redeemkng quality about this hotel is the location, but we saw many, many other hotels close by, so don't let that factor sway your decision.

El personal increíble las 5 empleadas que conocimos todas muy amables y súper atentas. Realmente el hotel es muy chico solo algunas habitaciones pero son gigantes. Dos cuartos alquilamos para dos adultos y el Otro para los nenes pensando que necesitábamos espacio. Cada habitación es para 5-6 personas el desayuno rico. En el centro y muy muy seguro. Ask me for English review as well!!!

Das Hotel liegt zwar in einer guten Gegend, das war es aber auch schon. Das ganze Hotel ist feucht, an allen Wänden gibt es nasse Stellen und die Farbe platzt ab. Am aller schlimmsten ist aber da es in einigen Räumen auch Schimmel gibt. Gesundheitlich also überhaupt nicht zumutbar.

Discrepancy with the rate

When checkin the front desk was charging me more in Argentine pesos than the price It was booked for. Make sure you know the exchange rate. Also disappointed with the breakfast.

The Staff of the hotel were very nice and helpful. We felt welcome at this hotel. The hotel manager was especially attentive to our needs and was eager to make our stay plesant. Plus he spoke english:) all the people at this hotel were smiley and nice. It it also well located; its easy to walk anywhere!
