"Overall the hotel is very good. A large open plan area greets you on entering with a bar area and reception. There are lifts and stairs to the various floors. The staff we met were all very pleasant and welcoming
Our room, 908, was on the 9th floor, an king executive room which gives access to the executive lounge, where there's free coffee and soft drinks, and free alcohol and nibbles at certain times.
We used the pool which has a sauna and steam room, all very clean and warm. There's a gym here as well.
Breakfast offers the usual cooked buffet, all very acceptable. The dining room is on the penthouse floor with windows all around displaying an amazing view over Plymouth.
Our room was good, the bed was comfy and a floor to ceiling window giving a fantastic view.
Look closely and you might see small details of age but being such a large hotel, maintenance must be tricky!!
One thing to be aware of is the car park, it's VERY tight and has protective kerbs to stop you hitting the wall, if you have a large car you'll have fun, you've been warned!!
We had a lovely stay, we'd come again.
