Lovely Cottage

We had a long weekend in this beautiful cottage. It had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and it was supplied with all the things you would need. A proper home from home. The location is perfect for visiting the NorthYorkshire coastline. Thank you to our hosts for their kindness and biscuits.

Family weekend away

Thank you for such a great stay. The cottage ws just what we needed to get away ftom the hustle and bustle of eveyday life. Clean, homely and it has all the facilities you could need. Visoted Staithes, Saltburn amd Redcar. Nothing like sea air to make you feel better. We tried the local Indian too which was recommended and was yummy! Great hosts! Would definitely return.

Lovely cottage.

Lovely cottage in a quiet location with a sea view in the distance. Everything you need and really comfortable beds. Would say its looking a little tired and need of some tlc. The host's were very helpful and on hand if needed. For us the lounge seating was very uncomfortable and we were unable to relax. Especially needed when we spent alot of time there due to torrential rain.

Cute cottage with lovely views

Communication with the owner was excellent throughout . A slight plumbing problem was dealt with immediately and didn’t spoil our holiday at all . There was a lovely welcome basket waiting for us and a big bottle of milk in the fridge . The bedrooms are a good size and nice comfy beds. We would not hesitate to book this cottage again

This cottage was perfect for our needs, there was lots of room for us and our dog (cavapoo) who sleeps in a crate anyway. So tranquil and the views were gorgeous, Dawn the owner of the property was in touch, which was lovely, to see if we needed anything. The information for eating out at the cottage was very useful, we did use their recommendations, and were excellent locations. Thank you for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Perfect

This property is bigger than it looks on the pictures. There were only 2 of us and 2 dogs but it would be plenty big enough for 4. We had a lovely greeting from one of the owners who had put some milk and cookies in the very well equipped kitchen for our arrival. The setting is so pretty, high up in the contryside but with views of the most local village and the sea. It's silent at night with no passing traffic so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. We would highly recommend this property if you want a wind down from the norm and if you have dogs, most places are pet friendly, shops and pubs etc. Would like to go back at some point.
